ABS/EBS System
01, Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
Monitor and control the EBS system and power supply, while determining the requested value of the braking signal transmitter (BST) deceleration signal; Calculate the required brake pressure for the front, rear, additional axle, and trailer control valves based on the requested value.
02, Brake Signal Transmitter (BST)
Capable of generating electrical and gas signals to activate the EBS system. BST has an electrical dual circuit design, with a single circuit for voltage supply and grounding, and a dual circuit for electronic output signals.
03, Single channel front axle module (1CH AM)
The brake pressure of the front axle is mainly controlled by the intake valve, outlet valve, backup valve, relay valve, and pressure sensor. These solenoid valves and sensors are controlled by a single channel front axle module built-in ECU.
04, Dual Channel Rear Axle Module (2CH AM)
Respectively control the brake pressure on both sides of the rear axle, mainly composed of inlet valve, outlet valve, backup valve, relay valve, and pressure sensor. By adjusting the pressure, different brake control functions (such as ABS, ATC, and ESC) can be achieved.
05, Trailer Control Valve (TCV)
Used to control the braking pressure of the trailer, consisting of a relay valve, pilot valve, and circuit breaker. The pilot valve consists of an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a backup valve, and a pressure sensor.
